The country of Saudi Arabia "is a destination country for workers," the workers are then "subjected to conditions that constitute involuntary servitude." The workers/victims in Saudi Arabia are "subjected to physical and sexual abuse, non-payment of wages, confinement, and witholding of passports as a restriction on their movement."
